Customized products

Goods made to order or clearly customized may be excluded from the right of withdrawal provided for distance purchases. This exclusion does not limit rights relating to defective, damaged or non-compliant products.

Non-customized products

For standard non-customized products, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, in the cases provided for by applicable law. Contact us before making any returns to receive instructions and the correct address.

Defects or damages

Send photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label, along with the order number. We will evaluate replacement, rework or refund based on the problem found and applicable rights.

Characteristics of 3D printing

Layer lines, small variations and slight aesthetic imperfections are typical characteristics of 3D printing and do not automatically constitute a defect. However, each case is carefully evaluated.
